None. No sign-ups, no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no tracking pixels.

Analytics

This site uses Fathom Analytics to count page views. Fathom is privacy-first by design:

• No cookies
• No personal data collected
• No cross-site tracking
• GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant
• All data is aggregated — individual visitors cannot be identified

The only things visible are aggregate metrics — page views, device types, browsers, countries, and event counts (such as apply button clicks). No individual visitor can be identified.

Outbound clicks

When you click an apply or job link, picked.work records that a click happened — this helps measure which listings are useful. No personal information is stored with the click. You’re then redirected to the external job board or company career page, where their own privacy practices apply.

Data selling and profiling

No data is sold. No visitors are profiled. No advertising audiences are built.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, this page will be updated with a new date. Given that nothing is collected, changes are unlikely.
