Analytics

This site uses Fathom Analytics to count page views. Fathom is privacy-first by design:

• No cookies
• No personal data collected
• No cross-site tracking
• GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant
• All data is aggregated — individual visitors cannot be identified

The only thing visible is page view counts. That’s it.

Outbound clicks

When you click an apply or job link, picked.work records that a click happened — this helps measure which listings are useful. No personal information is stored with the click. You’re then redirected to the external job board or company career page, where their own privacy practices apply.

Some outbound links may be affiliate links. This doesn’t change what data is collected — it just means picked.work may earn a small commission from the click.

Data selling and profiling

No data is sold. No visitors are profiled. No advertising audiences are built. There’s no data to sell.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, this page will be updated with a new date. Given that nothing is collected, changes are unlikely.
