Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Strategic AM, or quota-carrying roles with expansion ownership
• Proven track record of driving renewals and net revenue retention, closing upsells and expansions, comfortable owning commercial conversations, pricing, packaging, and contract negotiations
• Experience managing mid-market or enterprise accounts, strong relationship-building and communication skills
