Requirements

• Student in special education, psychoeducation or related field
• Interest in supporting young clientele: 16+ with intellectual disability; 12-17; young girls 15-20
• Ability to adapt communication and methods according to the needs of participants
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Empathy, patience, and flexibility
• Sense of organization and autonomy
• Experience or interest in working with young people (an asset)
