ServiceNow CMDB BSA

We have a 6-month contract to hire position open for a ServiceNow CMDB BSA. The position is 100% remote and can sit anywhere in the US. Candidates must have a strong background with CMDB and ServiceNow and excellent communication skills. The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for the Configuration Management group is responsible for driving the design, governance, and operational excellence of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

• Strong expertise with ServiceNow CMDB, including CI class structures, reconciliation, discovery, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with technical teams across infrastructure, applications, and platform engineering.
