Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or a highly analytical role at a high-growth company or top-tier firm
• Technically fluent enough to configure product catalogs, manage system logic, and troubleshoot production issues
• Strong analytical thinker with experience building models, dashboards, and analyses to drive decision-making
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to take ambiguous problems and turn them into clear, actionable plans
• Highly organized and experienced in managing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and influence cross-functional teams at all levels
