E-Commerce Specialist (TikTok Shop Focus)

• Manage TikTok shops (setup, inventory, SPS, violations, compliance)
• Conduct affiliate outreach and manage Discord communities for TikTok Shop growth
• Execute TikTok ads and strategy to drive sales and engagement
• Support multiple e-commerce storefronts across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations and brand onboarding

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shops (not for beginners)
• Strong knowledge of SPS, compliance, and violation handling
• Experience in affiliate outreach and community management (Discord preferred)
• Skilled in TikTok ads and strategy execution
• Familiarity with marketplace tools and listing systems
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills for customer-facing support
• Background in Amazon tools is a plus (future roles may expand to Amazon-focused tasks)

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
