About the Role

We’re looking for a Community Manager (Candidate / VA) to engage and nurture Wing’s growing community of applicants and virtual assistants. This role ensures the candidate pipeline stays warm and active, reducing MIA drop-offs and improving conversion from application to onboarding. You’ll act as both a community builder and communication strategist — keeping candidates informed, motivated, and connected to the Wing brand throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community management, marketing, or candidate engagement.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional tone.
Experience managing Facebook groups, Discord servers, or similar online communities.
Organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple engagement activities simultaneously.
Familiarity with talent funnels, recruitment communication, or BPO hiring processes is a strong advantage.

Preferred Skills

Background in recruitment marketing or candidate relationship management.
Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement tracking tools.
Experience hosting virtual events, webinars, or live Q&A sessions.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas that resonate with remote professionals

Department: Talent Marketing

Work Setup: Remote / Hybrid

Compensation: PHP 30,000–40,000/month (based on experience and performance)
