About this role
We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in appointment setting to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls using Kixie and related communication tools;
- Set qualified appointments directly on the executive’s calendar;
- Execute structured follow-up via phone, text, and email to confirm interest and attendance;
- Pre-qualify prospects to ensure strong intent and alignment prior to booking;
- Source, verify, and maintain clean, accurate lead lists;
- Maintain detailed call notes and precise calendar entries;
- Reduce no-shows through confirmation and reminder processes;
- Communicate effectively with Sales and Operations regarding pipeline status;
- Identify issues proactively and resolve them with minimal supervision;
Requirements
- Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar outbound sales/support role;
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence;
- Experience using dialing systems (Kixie preferred) or the ability to learn quickly;
- Demonstrated ability to qualify leads and handle objection-based conversations;
- Experience sourcing, validating, and managing lead lists;
- High level of initiative, accountability, and self-direction;
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to learn new tools, platforms, and products efficiently;
- Dependable work ethic with consistent follow-through and attention to detail;
- Professional, positive attitude in all interactions;
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams;
- Stable, high-speed internet suitable for consistent outbound calling;
