• Role Purpose:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA bots to automate high-volume, rule-based banking processes, enhancing operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

• Qualifications & Skills:
• Category Requirements Education Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fieldExperience24 years in RPA development (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism). Experience in banking or finance preferred
• Technical Skills- RPA Certification (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism)

- Basic knowledge of .NET, Python, or Java
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, API integration
- Familiarity with banking systems (e.g., Finacle, Temenos ) Soft Skills Problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, adaptability Language Fluency in English and Urdu Added Advantage Experience with OCR, NLP, Power Automate, SBP compliance
