About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to manage and grow a portfolio of products on the Amazon Marketplace. This is an excellent opportunity to build or advance your career in e-commerce while gaining hands-on experience on one of the world’s largest online retail platforms.

You will play a key role in driving product visibility, conversion rates, and overall marketplace performance through data-driven decision-making and optimisation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement SEO strategies and write high-converting product listings
  • Optimise product pages (including images, videos, and A+ content) to maximise conversion rates
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve product ranking
  • Analyse performance data to optimise pricing, advertising, and sales strategies
  • Manage and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns to improve ROI and reduce TACoS
  • Run A/B tests and use insights to refine strategies and best practices
  • Monitor and report on key metrics including revenue, margins, and performance trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution

Requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Solid Excel / spreadsheet capability
  • Understanding of core business concepts such as pricing, margins, and marketing mix
  • Ability to analyse data, design experiments, and present actionable insights
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Language Requirements (Highly Desirable)

  • Fluency in Spanish (preferred)
  • Additional languages such as German, Italian, or French are highly advantageous
  • Ability to support multilingual listings and international marketplace expansion is a strong benefit

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years’ experience in Amazon, Digital Marketing, or E-commerce (preferred but not essential)
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement (academic, professional, or personal projects)
