VirtueStaff is seeking a versatile GoHighLevel Specialist to manage the digital infrastructure and provide essential executive-level administrative support for our client. This role is a hybrid of technical automation and operational assistance, requiring someone who can build and maintain systems within GoHighLevel while ensuring the daily schedule and administrative tasks run smoothly. You will be the point person for managing our GoDaddy website updates and maintaining data integrity across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, workflow automation, and daily management of the GoHighLevel platform
• Provide general administrative assistance, including comprehensive calendar management and organizational support
• Perform occasional updates and content management on the company’s GoDaddy website
• Handle occasional professional phone calls to assist with scheduling or administrative inquiries
• Execute accurate data entry tasks to ensure CRM records and internal databases remain up to date

Requirements

• GoHighLevel Expert: Proven experience in the technical setup and ongoing management of the GHL ecosystem
• Familiarity with the GoDaddy website builder and the ability to make routine updates
• Exceptional calendar management skills and a background in executive-level support
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level administrative role
• Demonstrated experience working with marketing automation and CRM systems
