• A four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience
• Proven ability to define and execute product strategy

• Strong track record of setting long-term product vision

• Leverage experimentation frameworks
• Use data analytics tools to inform prioritization and measure success
• Extensive experience writing detailed product requirement documents
• Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming
