Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Deep hands-on experience with frontier AI agents
- Practical, production experience building with LLM APIs
- Hands-on experience with MCP or similar integration frameworks
- Experience designing for non-technical users
- Comfort working cross-functionally
