About the Role

You will be successful in this role if you can support our clients with creative, organized, and high-quality marketing and social media execution. This is a 100% remote, full-time position (Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook using Canva.
• Manage content calendars and schedule posts.
• Assist in creating email marketing campaigns and track results.
• Support ad strategy and reporting on performance.
• Assist in the execution of Social Media Strategies
• Performing general administrative duties.
• Other similar or related tasks.

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1 – 2 years of marketing support or social media experience.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, an Analytical tools.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

• Hourly rate equivalent to USD $696 – $1,044/month (experience-based).
• Annual pay increments.
