Organizational Change Management (OCM) - Sr Analyst OCM

Unisys is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Analyst to design, lead, and deliver organisational change initiatives that enable leaders, teams, and organisations to successfully adopt changes across business processes, systems, technology, and operating models.

Requirements

• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills in English
• Proven ability to design and deliver end‐to‐end change management activities across complex initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including experience working with senior leaders
• Ability to synthesise complex information and data into clear insights and practical recommendations
• Solid working knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci / ADKAR, CMBoK) and their practical application
