Estimator (Bluebeam) | Work From Home

We're looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to support interior design and fit-out projects from concept through completion. In this role, you'll use Bluebeam to prepare accurate cost estimates, analyse materials and labour, and collaborate closely with designers and project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or a similar cost planning role
• Strong experience using Bluebeam for takeoffs and document analysis
• Background as a Quantity Surveyor or Structural Engineer, or equivalent experience in construction cost estimation
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and pricing within the Australian market
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in cost estimation and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost efficiencies
• Experience working with spreadsheets and estimating tools
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across design and delivery teams
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in interior design, commercial fit-outs, or high-end residential projects is advantageous
• Familiarity with local NSW building standards and supplier networks is desirable
• Experience working with designers or design-led project environments
• Exposure to value engineering and cost planning strategies
