Network Analyst

Join True Rx Health Strategists as a Network Analyst to support the growth and optimization of our pharmacy network. Analyze pharmacy network performance, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and drive improvements in the way we operate.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Business Management, Mathematics or related Field OR equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ financial reporting knowledge and experience
• Strong Microsoft Office, data analysis and presentation skills required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Xlookup, Text join, Pivot tables, arrays)
• Ability to work with, manipulate and synthesize large datasets for analysis, exploratory data analysis, performance measuring, key insights and presentation
• Familiarity with the National Drug Code (NDC), pharmaceutical wholesale pricing strategies, and pharmacy contract pricing nomenclature
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
