Senior Site Reliability Engineer

We are looking for a Senior SRE shape infrastructure decisions, drive security and compliance initiatives, and build the engineering practices that take us from startup speed to enterprise-grade reliability.

What you will do:

• Own and evolve production AWS infrastructure across multiple accounts and environments
• Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters in production · Drive security posture improvements and compliance initiatives (CIS, SOX, GDPR)
• Build and maintain observability pipelines, alerting, and incident response workflows
• Manage Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps deployment pipelines
• Participate in on-call rotation (1 week/month, compensated)
• Collaborate directly with engineering teams on architecture decisions
• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing

Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE or production infrastructure engineering
• Expert-level AWS — multi-account architecture, EKS, RDS, IAM, VPC, S3, ALB
• Kubernetes in production at scale · Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management
• GitOps workflows — ArgoCD or equivalent · CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance (GitLab CI or equivalent)
• Observability stack — Prometheus, Grafana, log aggregation (ELK or equivalent)
• Secrets management — HashiCorp Vault or equivalent
• Identity and access management — SSO, SAML/OIDC federation
• Security tooling — cloud security posture management (Wiz, Prisma, or equivalent)
• Strong Linux/systems internals · Scripting proficiency — Python and Bash · Familiarity with compliance frameworks: CIS v8, SOX, GDPR
