HR & People Operations Manager – Field Sales Team (Part-Time, Remote)

The Staff Pad is seeking a part-time HR & People Operations Manager to support a high-performing, global field sales team. This role will be part-time (25 hours per week) and will take ownership of the responsibilities outlined below.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Employee Experience roles
• Strong knowledge of benefits administration and HR compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support a distributed workforce
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP Workforce Now), Microsoft 365/Teams, and LinkedIn
• Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
