Resident Engineer - Remote

As a Resident Engineer, you will support one of our major OEM customers in Southern Germany and serve as an interface between the customer and our development departments in the high-voltage applications area.

Requirements

• Establishing a network and acting as a central point of contact for customers, project managers, engineering, and other stakeholders within TE Connectivity
• Thinking beyond the engineering area (e.g., sales, quality, project management)
• Safe handling of CAD tools and basic knowledge of data exchange and space verification
• General experience in project management (Stage-Gate process, milestone management)
• Taking on the initiator role in change management (linking TE with the customer's change management process)
• Sparring partner for the technical manager and technical contact person between TE and the customer
• Analysis of customer requirements and strategies, continuous exchange of information with relevant departments in the company and steering of decision-making processes
