Job Description:

• The Trainer Explains Developments In Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements Relevant To Our Business.

• Explains How To Develop And Implement Compliance Strategies And Processes To Mitigate Risk.

• Conduct Risk Assessments And Audits To Identify Potential Compliance Issues.

• Explain How To Develop And Maintain Corporate Governance Policies And Procedures.

• Explain What A Policy That Aligns With Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices Looks Like.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in Risk Compliance and Governance roles, preferably within a regulated industry.
• Minimum experience of 5 7 years.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms, content development, and instructional design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
