Base Salary: PHP 40,000 + Uncapped Commission (Potential Earnings: PHP 300,000 – PHP 1,500,000+)

About the role

As a Recruiter (Global Markets) at Success Matcher Recruitment, LLC., you will play a vital role in sourcing and securing top talent for our esteemed clients across diverse global markets. This is a full-time position based in the Philippines, offering the opportunity to work with a wide range of international companies and collaborate with our talented team of recruitment professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage high-caliber candidates across global markets
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, coordination, and offer closing
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Meet and exceed placement and revenue targets

Qualifications

Required:

• At least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting
• Demonstrated success in candidate placements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred:

• Experience in legal, fintech, technology, or startup hiring
• Exposure to US or UK recruitment markets
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and Boolean search

Compensation

• Base Salary: PHP 40,000 per month
• Commission: Uncapped

Potential total earnings range from PHP 300,000 to PHP 1,500,000+, depending on performance and successful placements.
