Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Consultant, Support

Stoneridge Software is looking for an innovative and visionary Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Consultant who will deliver exceptional results to help our clients win.

Requirements

• Possess and maintain comprehensive experience and strong knowledge of core software, business processes and best practices, related technologies and enhancements, and industry trends
• Work pro-actively with clients on strategic projects or initiatives to ensure they continue to receive value from the NAV/Business Central applications
• Work reactively on break/fix support to ensure clients experience minimal service disruptions
• Apply experience and knowledge while working with clients to ascertain solution requirements, potential technical options within Dynamics NAV /Business Central and related technologies, and scope and resource requirements associated with each option
• Represent Stoneridge Software through effective communication with clients throughout the solution life cycle
• Mentor team members
• Foster and champion psychological safety and a positive team environment
• Instill trust through honesty, integrity, and respect, modeling the organization’s values and vision
• Deliver high-quality work within established deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Prioritize self-development by attending training or self-learning to enhance skills and expertise
• Provide hands-on configuration and support of Dynamics 365 Business Central to fit with the client's system requirements and business objectives
• Design & test custom solutions & integrations managing functional design & scope
