Requirements

• 6+ years of experience owning end-to-end lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and in-app channels
• Meaningful experience driving activation and renewal/retention for existing customers or users
• Fluency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Customer.io, HubSpot)
• Exceptional writing skills with ability to tailor messaging to different personas
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to build dashboards, pull data, and inform strategy
