We are looking for a Weekend Reservations Agent to assist in the management of reservations and customer service, collaborate with the team to update guest information, support in the coordination of check-ins, participate in the resolution of guest queries, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Advanced level of Spanish and English; other languages are valued
• Passion for providing excellent customer service and eagerness to learn
• Availability to work weekends from 2am to 12pm
