Estimator | Commercial (Bluebeam) | AU Client - WFH

• Accurately complete take-offs to construction drawings to provide precise estimates for window furnishings.
  
• Tender and quote commercial and residential projects.
  
• Follow up and track tendered projects to assist in securing contract.
  
• Collaborate with builders and clients to understand project requirements and specifications.
  
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for various window treatments
  
• Maintain an organized database of estimates and client information.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide clients with the best options
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an Estimator.
  
• Proven experience in estimating, preferably in the window furnishings or commercial construction industry.
  
• Experience working with Australian clients is a plus.
  
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency in estimation software, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Microsoft Excel).
