We're looking for a Graphic Designer professional Amazon design experience in an agency to develop visually appealing marketing materials for our brand partners across various industries. The ideal candidate has strong design experience, mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, and ability to apply knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing and hierarchy in designs.

How you will achieve  success: 

Designs visually appealing digital marketing materials for clients across various industries

Comfortable working in a dynamic, deadline-drivenenvironment, iterating designs based on feedback and data.

Attention to detail. Create pixel-perfect design details and ensure visually consistent client branding. Able to tackle design challenges with innovative solutions, considering both user needs and client goals.

Proactive team player. Assist your teammates in meeting team delivery goals

Professional Development. You should be motivated to learn and grow. Leadership will help you continue improving your skill set.

What experiences will help you  in this role: 

Required

2+ years professional design experience. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Exceptional production skills such as creating similars, photo cut-outs, and color adjustments. Highly skilled with typography, spacing, and hierarchy.

Displays high-level knowledge of color theory and how to use it effectively in designs.Displays exceptional knowledge of how to design for various screen sizes and platforms (desktop, mobile) to ensure a cohesive experience across all devices.

A portfolio of workshowcasing various types of design projects.

Satisfactory performance on a design skills test.

Can work in the US time zone.

Preferred:

Agency and e-commerce experience.

Understanding of Amazon's Platform: Knowing the specific requirements and best practices for designing for Amazon.

Experience designing for Amazon or other e-commerce platforms.

Very strong communication skills.

This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup

Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;

- at least 4GB RAM;

- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system

- You are required to provide your own dual monitors

A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)

PC Headset

A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
