Sales Manager, Commercial In-House

Spellbook is a leading AI copilot for transactional lawyers that helps legal teams draft, review, and negotiate contracts up to 10x faster and with greater precision. We are seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale our In-House (Commercial) sales team.

Requirements

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing commercial sales team
• Manage team performance against revenue targets
• Lead and refine a structured, multi-stage sales process
• Develop and scale sales playbooks and objection-handling assets
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
• Track and analyze key sales metrics
• Actively support strategic deals by coaching on stakeholder mapping, value-based selling, and negotiation strategies
• Build strong alignment with RevOps on tooling, forecasting, and territory planning
