We are looking for a Referrals and Allocations Administrator to provide reliable, organised support during maternity cover. The role ensures that referrals are processed smoothly, in a timely manner, counsellors receive the correct allocations, and clients experience an efficient service.

Requirements

• Strong administrative experience
• Confidence using digital systems
• Good written communication and clear email manners
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
• Comfortable working remotely with regular check-ins
• Ideally experience working with NHS partners or in an NHS setting
• Useful marketing skills, including LinkedIn posting and basic website updating
