As a Medical Office Scheduler, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and providers, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination. You'll gather key demographic and insurance information, confirm eligibility, manage referrals, and maintain accurate patient records—all while delivering excellent customer service over the phone and supporting our busy clinics.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• 2+ years in healthcare
• Call center experience
• Familiarity with CPS/GE Centricity
• Medical terminology
• ICD/CPT coding
• HIPAA regulations
• Scheduling practices in a clinical setting
