At the core of SourceReady are our AI agents — designed to handle tasks like supplier discovery, quote comparison, and risk analysis. By automating the manual work and surfacing actionable insights, we help teams focus on strategy instead of spreadsheets.

Tasks

Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

• Plan, create, and schedule posts, reels, videos, and stories to drive engagement.
• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions—respond promptly and professionally.
• Research and identify potential influencers aligned with our brand.
• Assist in outreach to influencers, including initial contact, follow-ups, and partnership coordination.
• Track influencer collaborations .
• Brainstorm new content ideas and social media campaigns with the team.

Requirements

• Strong interest in marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
• Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Creative mindset with good writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in communication.
• Bonus: Experience with video editing tools
