• Insurance verification (experience preferred)
• New patient enrollment
• Answer patient phone calls
• Schedule/reschedule patient appointments
• Respond to patient emails/texts
• Manage EMR

Requirements

• Proficient in both written and spoken Korean and English
• BPO experience required
• Experience in healthcare accounts is a plus!
• Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians
• Eager to learn EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and do inbound/outbound calling
• Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
• Organized and Detail-Oriented
