Description
Snapscale is searching for a skilled and experienced Korean Speaking professional.
Responsibilities
- Insurance verification (experience preferred)
- New patient enrollment
- Answer patient phone calls
- Schedule/reschedule patient appointments
- Respond to patient emails/texts
- Manage EMR

Requirements
- Proficient in both written and spoken Korean and English
- BPO experience required
- Experience in healthcare accounts is a plus!
- Comfortable working with US-based clinics and physicians
- Eager to learn EMR, EHR, insurance verification, patient confirmation, and do inbound/outbound calling
- Soft skills such as empathy are essential as you may be talking to people who have medical issues
- Organized and Detail-Oriented
