SAP FI eInvoicing Project Coordinator / Lead (Freelance)

We are currently supporting a client in the automotive sector who is preparing several SAP Finance transformation initiatives across Europe. For this program we are looking for an experienced SAP FI expert with strong eInvoicing knowledge who will act as a coordinator across multiple country implementations.

The role focuses on the implementation and coordination of eInvoicing solutions in SAP, ensuring alignment across different country projects and maintaining an overall view of the program scope.

• Workload: 100% (full-time)
• Duration: 6 months+
• Location: Remote
• Languages: English required; Slovakian & French a plus
• Contract type: Freelance

Tasks

• Coordinate multiple SAP FI projects in the eInvoicing area across different countries
• Provide overall program oversight while local project managers manage country-specific implementations
• Support and coordinate eInvoicing implementation projects in Germany, France & Slovakia.
• Contribute expertise regarding SAP eDocument / eDocument Cockpit
• Ensure coordination between finance, IT and project stakeholders
• Support the implementation of related finance processes such as factoring
• Align project timelines with regulatory eInvoicing deadlines

Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP FI
• Proven experience with eInvoicing implementations
• Experience with SAP eDocument / eDocument Cockpit
• Knowledge of eInvoicing requirements in Romania (RO) and Hungary (HU) is required
• Experience coordinating or leading international SAP finance projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multi-country project landscapes
• Fluent English
