Sr. Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI-driven applications, data platforms, and client-facing technology solutions. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful delivery across environments leveraging AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in an evolving AI-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for AI, data, and cloud-based initiatives
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and executive stakeholders
• Drive project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
• Oversee delivery of solutions involving:
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Data pipelines and analytics
  • Reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • CRM integrations (DealCloud)
• Ensure projects meet quality, performance, and business requirements
• Support go-live planning, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization
• Implement and enforce project governance, standards, and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management or program delivery roles
• Proven experience managing technology or digital transformation projects
• Strong experience with cloud-based and data-driven initiatives
• Experience working in client-facing environments
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
