Job Summary
The Research Assistant supports strategic initiatives by conducting research, gathering and analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights to inform business decisions. This role plays a key part in translating complex information into structured outputs, coordinating research activities, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting across multiple projects. The Research Assistant will help drive alignment, maintain research workflows, and provide operational and analytical support in a fast-paced environment.Role Description
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and internal data evaluation to support business strategies.
Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources, synthesizing findings into clear, actionable insights.
Assistin planning and coordinating research initiatives, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries that communicate key insights and support strategic decision-making.
Maintainaccurateand organized research documentation, including data sources, methodologies, and outputs.
Track progress of ongoing research efforts and ensure alignment with definedobjectivesand timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs,validatefindings, and ensure research reflects organizational priorities.
Support the development and implementation of research methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
Identifytrends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and proactively communicate findings.
Supportstrategic and operational projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data analysis, market research, or business intelligence
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Exposure to strategic projects or cross-functional initiatives
Knowledge of research methodologies, reporting frameworks, or analytics tools
Other Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Economics,Global Affairs, or related fieldrequired
1–3 years of experience in research, analytics, consulting, orasimilar role
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive/confidential information
Ability tooperatein a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
Travelmay berequiredbased on business needs
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
