Registered Dietitian (RDN) – Remote Telehealth Weight Loss | Part-Time (1099 Con

Compensation: Hourly (1099) — $40/hour initial visits, no shows, cancellations · $60/hour follow-ups · 20–30 hours/week (20-hour weekly minimum, based on availability) · 100% Remote (U.S. based) · Clear pathway to full-time as we scale!

What You'll Do

• Conduct one-on-one telehealth consultations (initial and follow-up) to assess dietary needs, build personalized nutrition plans, and monitor weight loss progress.
• Support patients on GLP-1 therapy with nutrition strategies that protect lean mass and manage side effects.
• Provide direct patient education during video sessions using our templates and educational materials.
• Create handouts, blogs, and other educational materials to enhance patient education related to weight loss.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team (NPs, PAs, MDs) to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Document patient interactions, progress, and recommendations in our EHR in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

• Active RDN credential issued by the U.S. Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) — required.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and weight management.
• Experience supporting clients with weight loss.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and EHR documentation.
• Compassionate, strong communicator, dedicated to patient outcomes.

Preferred

• Experience with patients on GLP-1 medications (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro).
• Experience with senior patient populations.
• Availability and interest in transitioning to full-time as the company grows.
