Requirements

• English proficiency
• Culture and curiosity about AI technologies
• Knowledge of an ITSM such as ServiceNow
• Writing (technical documents, reporting,...)
• Good communication level
• Autonomy
• Project organization
• Analytical and critical spirit
• Rigor and attention to detail
• Relationship ease and ability to work in transverse in a structure of over 170 people
• Understanding of business issues
• Making arbitration and being result-oriented
