We are currently searching for a ServiceNow consultant:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Design the ServiceNow solutions using industry best practices.
• Advise, design, and configure integration solutions between ServiceNow and other tools.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Experienced in creating solution designs and implementing Field Service Management (FSM), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Customer Service Management (CSM), and ITSM.
• Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, and Email Inbound.
• Experienced in implementation of ServiceNow Platform for Integration and Automation Solutions.
• Mandatory experience with FMS (Field Service Management).
• Certifications required: CIS-FSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
