SentiLink is hiring high-caliber generalists to work on the company's most important problems across strategy, operations, product, and go-to-market. The company is looking for highly analytical, high-agency builders, operators, and founder-minded individuals who can drive complex, cross-functional work.

Requirements

• 3-5 years work experience at a VC-backed startup, management consulting, banking or private equity firm (bonus if the role had an analytical focus)
• MBA a plus
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching, a quick learner, drives work independently
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience leading complex projects with limited guidance
• Enthusiastic about becoming an expert in topics related to the future of financial services, fraud & identity
• High-level communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to present ideas in a clear, user-friendly way
• Attention to detail
• Technical skills: you should be a pro with Google docs, sheets & slides; proficiency with SQL and/or Python a plus
