Ourclient is looking for an experienced and detail-driven Property Paralegal tojoin our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with strongconveyancing knowledge who’s looking for flexible working hours within asupportive legal practice.

TheRole

You’llassist our solicitors in managing residential and commercial property mattersfrom contract to settlement, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and clientcare.

KeyResponsibilities

• Handleday-to-day tasks across property files (residential and commercial)
• Draftcontracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements
• Liaisewith clients, agents, banks, and other law firms
• Managecritical dates and prepare for settlements (including PEXA)
• Conducttitle searches and maintain accurate file records

YouWill Have

• Atleast 2 years’ experience in a property law or conveyancing support role
• Familiaritywith Queensland property transactions and conveyancing procedure
• Experienceusing PEXA and legal practice software (e.g. Smokeball, LEAP)
• Highattention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Aprofessional, reliable, and client-focused approach
