We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Data Scientist to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, build predictive models, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyse large, complex datasets from multiple sources
  • Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and statistical algorithms
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business)
  • Build data visualisations and dashboards to communicate findings clearly
  • Optimise model performance and ensure scalability in production
  • Translate business problems into data-driven solutions
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science and AI

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3–6+ years' experience in a Data Scientist or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Python (or R)
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modelling techniques
  • Experience working with SQL and large datasets
  • Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
  • Exposure to MLOps and model deployment pipelines
  • Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
