About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Data Scientist to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, build predictive models, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse large, complex datasets from multiple sources
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and statistical algorithms
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business)
- Build data visualisations and dashboards to communicate findings clearly
- Optimise model performance and ensure scalability in production
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science and AI
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–6+ years' experience in a Data Scientist or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Python (or R)
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modelling techniques
- Experience working with SQL and large datasets
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
- Exposure to MLOps and model deployment pipelines
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
