Job Summary
We are looking for an AI Business Analyst to join our growing team in a fully remote role. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, and technical teams to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve processes, decision-making, customer experience, and business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who can translate business needs into clear AI use cases and help bridge the gap between business strategy and AI delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges, goals, and operational needs
• Identify, assess, and document AI and automation opportunities across the business
• Translate business requirements into clear AI use cases, functional requirements, and user stories
• Work with data, product, and technical teams to define solution scope and business outcomes
• Support feasibility analysis for AI initiatives, including value, risk, data readiness, and process impact
• Help prioritise AI opportunities based on business value, effort, and strategic alignment
• Document workflows, current-state and future-state processes, and AI solution requirements
• Participate in workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews
• Assist in defining KPIs and success measures for AI solutions
• Support user acceptance testing, change management, and business adoption of AI tools
• Monitor implemented AI solutions and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure AI initiatives align with governance, compliance, and ethical business practices

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital, data, automation, or AI-related projects
• Strong ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Good understanding of AI, machine learning, automation, and data-driven solutions at a business level
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including business, product, and technical stakeholders
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working on AI, machine learning, analytics, or intelligent automation projects
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, SQL, or similar business analysis tools
• Understanding of data governance, business process improvement, and change management
• Agile or Scrum experience
• Exposure to prompt-driven AI tools, LLM-based products, or enterprise AI platforms
