Head of Finance

We are seeking a Head of Finance to build and scale the finance function in a high-growth, multi-location consumer business. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical foundation, meaningful operating experience, and the ability to partner cross-functionally and influence company-wide decisions as the financial expert.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of total professional experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
• 2–4+ years in investment banking or highly quantitative consulting
• 5+ years of operating experience in strategic finance / FP&A roles within a high-growth, consumer business
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Deep understanding of accounting, close processes, and financial controls
• Experience building forecasts across functions, including marketing and operations
