Reprise Financial is seeking a Designer to join its in-house marketing team to create clear, engaging visual assets across various marketing channels.

Requirements

• Collaborate with business partners, developers, and stakeholders to bring business objectives to life through impactful marketing design solutions.
• Lead the full design lifecycle from discovery to final UI delivery.
• Validate and refine design decisions through A/B testing, data insights, and iterative feedback loops.
• Design and produce creative visual elements for various marketing channels.
• Define and maintain design systems, component libraries, and standards.
