The day will be split into two key functions:

  • Cold Calling: Engaging potential leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments.
  • Administrative Support: Handling CRM updates, email correspondence, document preparation, and other office-related tasks.

🛠 Responsibilities

Cold Calling & Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential sellers, buyers, or investors
  • Follow scripts and objection-handling techniques effectively
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM

Administrative Tasks

  • Manage and update client databases and property listings
  • Prepare contracts, forms, and other real estate documents
  • Coordinate with agents, clients, and vendors as needed
  • Handle email communication and follow-ups
  • Assist with marketing tasks such as social media posting or flyer creation

✅ Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate cold calling or telemarketing
  • Strong understanding of real estate terminology and processes
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Podio, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
