Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Healthcare Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a vital role in guiding them through our therapy services, managing insurance verification, and ensuring a seamless intake process.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate patients on available therapy services.

Verify insurance coverage through portals and phone calls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Enter patient information into systems with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Demonstrate empathy and understanding while interacting with patients, addressing their needs and concerns.

Leverage communication and persuasive skills to promote therapy services effectively.

Utilize platforms such as ClickUp (CRM) and WebPT (EMR) to manage patient data and workflows.

Requirements:

Requirements

Proven experience in healthcare coordination or a similar role.

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with insurance portals, ClickUp, and WebPT or similar platforms.

Empathy and understanding when dealing with patients and their healthcare needs.

A results-oriented mindset with the ability to explain and sell therapy services effectively.

Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare, patient intake, or therapy-related roles is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
