Risk Management Policy Writer

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, or Personal Banking to support the delivery of large-scale business and technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive business analysis or policy writing experience, preferably within financial services or banking.
• Proven experience delivering initiatives in at least one of the following domains: Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, or Personal Banking.
• Strong understanding of Operational Risk Management within a banking environment.
• Demonstrated ability to write and review policy, standards, and procedures for enterprise-wide audiences.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
