We’re partnering with a leading enterprise organization to bring on an experienced Operational Risk Change Manager to support key initiatives within Operational and Non-Financial Risk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and can lead end-to-end change management while embedding strong risk and control practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of project management experience
- 4+ years of change management experience
- Hands-on experience working within risk management environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively
- Proven ability to simplify complex information into clear messaging
- Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
