Real is a publicly traded, fast-growing global real estate brokerage that's looking for a Senior Global Benefits Specialist to join its HR Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR Operations, benefits, or leave administration and be able to manage multiple tasks and work across global teams.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to own processes end-to-end and execute independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across global teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, benefits platforms, LMS tools), including experience with Rippling preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
